How UNICKONFX prevents money laundering and verifies its customers.

Last updated 28 September 2026

1. Our commitment

UNICKONFX does not tolerate money laundering, terrorist financing or fraud. We follow "Know Your Customer" (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures to protect our customers and our services.

2. Identity verification

Before activating a live account, we may ask you to provide:

  • a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, national ID card or driving licence;
  • proof of address dated within the last few months, such as a utility bill or bank statement; and
  • where needed, information about the source of your funds.

We may ask for updated documents at any time, for example if your details change.

3. Payments

Deposits and withdrawals must be made through accounts in your own name. We do not accept cash, and we do not accept or make third-party payments.

4. Monitoring and reporting

We monitor account activity for unusual transactions. Where required by law, we report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities and may not be allowed to tell you that we have done so.

5. Record keeping

We keep verification and transaction records for as long as the law requires, even after an account is closed.

6. Refusing or suspending accounts

We may refuse to open an account, delay a transaction, or suspend or close an account if verification is incomplete or if we suspect unlawful activity.
